Le Courtil is a detached house of 80 m², situated on approximately 600 m² of enclosed land, ideal for enjoying a peaceful stay. It offers an open-plan kitchen leading to a welcoming living room with a lounge area, two comfortable bedrooms, an office, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
