La maison est pas comme les photos

La maison était pas propre pas de vaisselle pour 15 personnes, les douches beaucoup trop chaud robinet inutilisable le lave vaisselle bouton casser , odeur de cigarette +++nous on fume pas . Etc… La dame est gentil .

Mensonge et Propriétaire fantomatique

La seule exigence que nous avions était de décaler la date du séjour, et déjà le propriétaire nous a abandonné. Ce changement n'a jamais été fait, et entre temps la maison a été saccagée. Nous avons tenté d'annuler notre réservation après cet incident, mais presque impossible de le contacter. Le seul contact que nous ayons eu à abouti en "Je change le prix de la réservation ainsi que le montant de la caution, mais je ne vous laisse pas vous rétracter et annuler avec remboursement". Nous pensions pouvoir contacter Abritel pour en parler avec eux, cependant à notre grande surprise le séjour était déjà passé car le changement de date n'avait jamais été effectif. Ainsi nous avons perdu près de 400€ pour un séjour que nous n'avons jamais effectué. Ce propriétaire est un arnaqueur que je vous conseille de ne contacter sous aucun prétexte. C'est une honte au code de la consommation ainsi qu'aux principes mêmes de franchise et de civisme. J'espère qu'Abritel pourra faire quelque chose pour nous dédommager ou au moins pour l'expulser de la plateforme.
