Charming duplex on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small residence, 1 parking space.

Large terrace (45m²) with ocean view, equipped with a garden living room which gives enough space to have a dining part and a garden furniture part. It has a splendid view of the coast of St Malo, Dinard, Lancieux, St Briac and St Jacut from the sea.

It is very pleasant to have breakfast there in the rising sun. Calm well wooded residence. The large beach is 7 minutes walk. The sand is blond and fine. It is good to warm up a little in the sun in the sheltered part of the beach which is under the residence next to the port.

The apartment is in the attic, the floor area is 88m² and 68m² Carrez law. The comfort and decoration are very neat. All the tenants say that it feels like home.

The semaphore at Pointe de l'Isle is a 5-minute walk from the residence. The view is magnificent over the entire bay of St Brieuc.

From there leave customs trails that will delight hikers. From the Pointe de la Garde, other customs trails lead to St Malo and the Pointe du Grouin.
