Bel Ă©quipement de la cuisine,aussi bien vaisselle que electromenager,bel intĂ©rĂȘt du proprio,quand souci avec gaziniere(bouteille de gaz vide)Par contre:plancher du couloir pr se rendre aux sanitaires TRES bruyant,principal point negatif.Et peu d'isolation entre les 2 logements mitoyens.Tres bon resto ds hameau,conseillĂ© par proprio.

1 semaine dans le perigord noir

Petite maison agreable et fraiche dans un environnement tres calme. Nous avons pu visiter un grand nombre de sites réputés dans un rayon de 50km maximum. Des chateaux, aux grottes en passant par des habitations troglodithes, Les cabanes du breuil. Une ballade gourmande de 8km a La Cassagne avec des gens accueillants et bienveillants. Des villages plus beaux les uns que les autres avec des marchés de producteurs ou l on pouvait consommer les produits locaux sur place Une semaine sportive et gourmande à la fois

Bel emplacement avec logement à améliorer

Lieu calme, grand jardin appréciable et bien équipé (chaise longue, relax,...) avec coin pour déjeuner. Belles balades à faire. Le logement présente des odeurs liées à l'humidité, le canapé est à changer car inconfortable et il manque quelques éléments éléments comme table à repasser et un minimum de produits d'entretien.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able. GĂźte trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien situĂ© gĂ©ographiquement afin de visiter la rĂ©gion vraiment magnifique qu'est la Dordogne. Philippe, l'hĂŽte n'Ă©tant pas dans la rĂ©gion, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçu par la personne de confiance qu'il a dĂ©signĂ©. Philippe a quand mĂȘme prit le temps de nous tĂ©lĂ©phoner quelques jours avant notre arrivĂ©e afin de bien nous expliquer l'adresse et les choses Ă  savoir sur le gĂźte et les alentours. Nous recommandons ce logement pour passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

La propriĂ©tĂ© est bien pour son objectif. Il a Ă©tĂ© construit Ă  une Ă©poque d'austĂ©ritĂ© et en porte toujours les caractĂ©ristiques. Certains le trouveront pittoresque, d'autres dĂ©modĂ©. Il a, bien sĂ»r, Ă©tĂ© modernisĂ© avec empathie sur la cuisine et la salle de bain. Le gĂźte est confortable et Ă©tait d'une propretĂ© impeccable Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Il reprĂ©sente un trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix. Nous n'avons pas reçu d'indications pour l'Ă©tablissement avant notre arrivĂ©e et nous avons dĂ» demander de l'aide. Le propriĂ©taire et le gĂ©rant ont rĂ©pondu rapidement et nous avons Ă©tĂ© guidĂ©s vers le gĂźte. Le gĂźte Ă©tait quelque part en dehors de Saint CrĂ©pin de Carlucet et nous ne l'aurions pas trouvĂ© sans aide. Cela aurait pu ĂȘtre Ă©vitĂ© avec des instructions dĂ©taillĂ©es. Les aurions-nous manquĂ©s dans le dĂ©tail de la rĂ©servation ? Dans l'ensemble, une semaine confortable et intĂ©ressante.

Calme et agréable

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce petit gĂźte, trĂšs propre, et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© pour une sortie Ă  Sarlat, qui est Ă  une 20aines de minutes. Pour les courses il y un petit IntermarchĂ© Ă  5' en voiture, et mĂȘme un resto, le "Black Duck" Ă  700m ! Dommage que la piscine visible Ă  20m appartienne au voisin, lĂ  j'aurai mis 5 Ă©toiles :-) Sinon la maison est fraiche, ce qui est bien agrĂ©able quand le thermomĂštre dĂ©passe les 30° dehors. Le Wifi, compte tenu de la campage, est trĂšs convenable, 5-6Mbits, de quoi utiliser 2 Flux Netflix en HD quand on veut rester casanier... SFR jusqu'Ă  8Mbits en terrasse. Accueil et dĂ©part agrĂ©ables, aucun dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, je recommande.
