Disliked: Cleanliness
Die Lage ist Mega! Das kann man kaum besser haben. Ein riesiges Grundstück am Ende einer Sackgasse. Eigentlich keine Nachbarn und keiner der einem beim Pool Baden zusieht. Wirklich toll. Aber: Leider ist das Grundstück ziemlich ungepflegt. Die Pflanzen bräuchten dringend mal einen Profi-Schnitt das Unkraut wuchert in allen Ecken und Rändern. Hohes Gras und dichtes Gestrüpp sind nicht nur unschön anzusehen, sondern auch ein Paradies für Mücken und Fliegen. Wahnsinn. Wir haben teilweise lieber im Haus gegessen, weil die Fliegen uns zu hunderten attackiert haben. Abends draußen sitzen ging auch nur mit ganz viel Chemie am Körper gegen die Mücken. Ansonsten ist alles einfach Mega-Alt und in schlechtem Zustand.Wir hatten mehrere technische Probleme. Der wirklich super nette Haushandwerker hat alles nur mit Schulterzucken und "its an old house" abgetan. Es ist wirklich schade. Die Besitzerin Marianne ist super nett und bemüht aber hier muss wirklich mal Geld in die Hand genommen werden und alles saniert werden. Das gilt auch für das Haus. Es ist alt und hat wirklich charme, eine sehr gute Küche mit allem was man braucht. Aber die Badezimmer sind durch. Das geht gar nicht. Blinde Spiegel, kein Wasserdruck und total ungepflegt. Alles nur oberflächlich sauber. Schlafzimmer ohne Klima-Anlage ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.(Teilweise nachts bei über 30Grad im Zimmer geschlafen). Fazit: Leider nicht so wie es sein könnte und damit kein gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Keine Empfehlung

Séjour pas à la hauteur

En effet, nous avons tout d'abord été surpris de l'état de propreté dans lequel nous avons reçu la location. Le ménage semblait n'avoir été fait que sommairement, et beaucoup d'effets personnels étaient encore dans la maison (voir photos en pièce jointe de diverses serviettes, soutien gorge ou encore caleçon de bain, pour ne citer que cela). Aussi, le réfrigérateur de la cuisine était encore quasiment plein et le congélateur presque inexploitable car rempli de givre. Quant à celui du cellier (sas d'entrée), non fonctionnel, et dont la porte devait tenir avec un tendeur ! Vous comprendrez qu'à 8 personnes et par les chaleurs actuelles, cela reste difficilement acceptable. Les extérieurs sont également à revoir, dans la mesure où l'entretien semble quasi inexistant. La cuisine d'été, bien qu'au demeurant accueillante, n'était pas propre. Les tables sales, le barbecue comme s'il venait d'être utilisé, de même pour la plancha et le grill que nous avons dû nettoyer ! L'état général ne permettait clairement pas une utilisation immédiate. Quant à la piscine, elle n'était pas nettoyée, et surtout, certains couronnements (contours de la piscine), sont descellés et ont à plusieurs reprises manqué de nous faire chuter.

Equipement intérieur de la maison, en partie obsolète, est à renouveler (frigo avec porte tenue par un tendeur, cuisinière pratiquement inutilisable, prise de courant machine à laver non fonctionnelle, miroir salle de bains opaque ...) Par contre,les extérieurs très agréables (piscine, cuisine d'été, terrain) ont donné toute satisfaction.

Agréable sans euphorie

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble. L'accueil est parfait ,la piscine est top ainsi que le terrain .il y aurait besoin malgré tout d'un meilleur entretien des abords de la piscine ou l'herbe n est pas coupé. On pourrait également reproché le manque de transat il n'y en a que 3. La cuisine d'été est parfaite pour déjeuner et cuisiner. Tout équipée c'est un gros point fort. La.maison mériterait un peu de modernité surtout au niveau des équipements électroménager avec 2 frigos qui mériterait d'être changé. Il faudrait également refaire le toilette à l'étage sans aération et du coup il y a toujours une odeur persistante.Le reste des pces sont corrects.pour terminer je tiens à préciser qu un lotissement est en cours de construction aux abords de la maison cependant le bruit reste moindre et ne nous a pas gêner outre mesure.

Un sejour au TOP

Nous avons passé deux semaines exceptionnelles dans cette maison de caractère. Ses points forts : Son immense piscine et sa cuisine extérieure avec barbecue (traditionnel et gaz) et plancha ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont aisés ! Je recommande absolument !

Mas beausejour pour un séjour de plusieurs jours

Belle demeure sur un site agréable, des espaces pour les enfants ,une piscine pour tous, coin détente et repas très appréciable. La maison est aussi grande spacieuse fonctionnelle, trois semaines en famille sans contrainte ni problème. Aux alentours des commerces et dans le centre du village un boucher traiteur hors norme. A améliorer: envisager la mise en place de la climatisation pour les chambres au moins et la cuisine. Très bonnes vacances pour cette année 2018, merci Marianne. Christian
