Service de conciergerie très bien et à l écoute des clients. Logement très bien équipé, espace bien optimisé et agréable. Accès piscine à proximité. Plage un peu loin mais mise à disposition de vélos si besoin. Lotissement calme mais rue dégradée sera peut être refaite un jour. Station balnéaire agréable et propre. Propriétaire très professionnel.

Das Haus macht einen schlechteren Eindruck wie auf den Fotos. Die Fahrräder haben Platte Reifen, an einem Kinderfahrrad fehlte das Rad. Die Terasse ist schon stark in die Jahre gekommen. Vor der Anreise wurde die Terrasse nicht kurz sauber gefegt. Die Kissen waren fleckig, für diesen Preis kann man saubere Kissen erwarten. Das Innere des Hauses macht den Eindruck eines schlechten Handwerkers, es wurde versucht schön herzurichten aber gelang keines falls. Die Elektrik in der Toilette vom warmwasser Boiler hängt lose rum. Im Schlafzimmer haben wir uns nicht getraut das zu dimmende Licht zu betätigen da es immer flackerte. Im Schlafzimmer Schrank stehen Fliesen Besen und Leiter, platz für Klamotten war kaum. Die Abflüsse vom bad laufen leer und fangen an zu stinken.Das einzigst gute an dem Haus war die Klimaanlage

Schönes Haus mit Garten

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und meldet sich immer am selben Tag zurück. Der Hausmeisterdienst hilft ebenfalls bei jeder Frage sehr freundlich und schnell per sms weiter. Es war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Pool ist schön und gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen Bademeister. Im Garten kann man auch bei Hitze schattig unter den grünen Bäumen sitzen. Das Wohnzimmer und untere Schlafzimmer werden gut durch die Klimaanlage gekühlt. Es wäre schön, wenn das obere Zimmer auch eine Klimaanlage hätte. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für den netten Kontakt!

Bonne expérience à deux avec un chat

Contact facile avec le propriétaire et le service de conciergerie qui sont aux petits soins. Réservation effectuée à 16h la veille de l’arrivée, il a fallu beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité de leur part ! Autre exemple, le dimanche nous ne trouvions pas le sèche-cheveux, après un petit sms et moins de 48h plus tard, le mardi nous en avions un qui nous attendait dans le jardin en rentrant de notre excursion. Sinon, rien ne nous a manqué, la maison est bien équipée, bien aménagée et plutôt bien entretenue. On regrettera juste l’odeur assez forte de tabac qui a bien imprégné notamment le canapé, la literie, couettes et oreillers, probablement le résultat d’un locataire peu scrupuleux malgré la consigne « non fumeur ». Le jardin est bien clôturé avec des haies de végétaux bien fournis, c’est appréciable pour contenir enfants et animaux de compagnie, tout comme pour isoler de la route et du voisinage. Quelques arbres apportent également un peu de fraîcheur au sein même du jardin. Après quelques réglages, nous avons pu utiliser les deux vélos adultes lors de deux belles journées, même si pas en très bon état, nous avons apprécié. L’un avait des problèmes de vitesse, mais comme c’est relativement plat ça n’a pas été spécialement gênant, et l’autre a le pneu arrière qui a fini par complètement lâcher, mais heureusement nous n’étions pas trop loin, et ce sont des mésaventures qui peuvent arriver en vélo. La localisation est plutôt calme en cette saison, à 20min à pied de la plage et un peu moins de 30min du port. Beaucoup de résidences ont fermé leurs accès piéton ce qui rallonge un peu le trajet. Il y a un petit emplacement devant le portail pour se garer sans être directement sur la chaussée. En résumé, nous avons donc passé une bonne semaine à Saint-Cyprien.

Excellent séjour

Logement conforme à la description, joliment décoré, bonne literie, très fonctionnel et proches commerces. Nous étions 6 (2 enfants, 2 ados et 2 adultes). Le plus, la piscine de la résidence. Le petit moins (mais nous étions sur la dernière semaine d'août) les vélos qui ont besoin d'une remise en état (freins, vitesses, lumière). Ils ont peut être été endommagés par de précédent locataires. Toutefois nous avons pu tout de même nous en servir et c'est très utile pour se déplacer (petite course, marché, plage...), entretenu c'est un vrai plus car St Cyprien est très plat et il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables dans la région. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, conciergerie souple pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ (dans la mesure de leur planning). Saint Cyprien manque un peu de charme mais la région regorge de petites perles à visiter (Collioure, Banyuls) et d'activités. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable.

Jolie maison de vacances

Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances.Logement bien décoré et agencé.On se sent rapidement « chez soi» avec en plus un environnement calme ,et une terrasse ombragée pour les repas.Un peu de marche pour accéder à la plage et aux commerces mais rien d’insurmontable en vacance en passant par les petites allées des résidences voisines ,et pour aller plus vite les vélos sont à disposition!

Contact cordial avec le propriétaire et Abritel. Emplacement et quartier très calmes. Proximité des plages et des commerces.
