Kein schöner Urlaub

Der Empfang war sehr kurz und knapp. Schnelle Schlüsselübergabe und sofortige Berechnung der Zusatzkosten. Nach unserer Besichtigung stellten wir diverse mängelfest fest. Das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage war durch die steile Treppe kaum zu erreichen. Der Eingang zu diesem Schlafzimmer war ca 1,30 m bis 1,40 m hoch. Man konnte das Zimmer nur kriechend auf den Knien erreichen. Mein Mann ist 1,88 m und ich 61 Jahre alt. Das war der Grund warum wir ein Haus mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer gemietet haben. Leider war nur eins für uns nutzbar. Mein Mann hatte deshalb auf dem Sofa schlafen müssen. Der Wintergarten war zugestellt mit alten Möbeln Staubsaugern schmutzigen Putzzeug und einem alten Fliegengitter. Tischdecken aus dem Schrank waren schmutzig. Der Sonnenschirm und eine Gartenliege in dem ungepflegten Garten waren kaputt. Verletzungsgefahr durch fehlende Steine im Boden. Ameisen im Badezimmer und in der Toilette. Die Dusche ging nach zwei Tagen kaputt..Die angebotenen Zudecken waren voller Flecken. Das Haus war ungepflegt. Nachdem wir uns beschwerten, wurde uns vorgeschlagen am gleichen Tag noch das Haus zu verlassen. Nach zwei Tagen Anreise, wäre das für uns unmöglich gewesen. Wir waren sehr erschöpft. Und eine andere Unterkunft hat man uns nicht angeboten. Wir fühlten uns sehr unter Druck gesetzt. 2Tagen waren Handwerker im Haus um diverse Schäden zu reparieren. Wir fühlten uns so unwohl, dass wir uns entschlossen den Urlaub 1Woche vorzeitig zu beenden. Nie wieder!
