Located in the heart of the village of Saint Denis de Pile, about fifteen kilometers from Saint Emilion, the Isle cottage is ideally located to discover the Libourne vineyards and its prestigious appellations (Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, etc.). The cottage, housed in a stone house, consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge (sofa bed), a bathroom (shower) with toilet. An old straight staircase will take you upstairs where there is an attic bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed and a relaxation area (under the sloping ceiling). You will have a private swimming pool (dimensions 8m x 4m, depth from 1.20m to 2.30m, with bubble cover to maintain the heat) available from May 1 to mid-October and a small enclosed garden with straw hut, garden furniture and electric planchas. The cottage is located in a cul-de-sac near the owners and other homes. Parking in the village is approximately 50 meters from the cottage. Reversible air conditioning. Sheets provided. Bathroom and kitchen linens and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Indoor and outdoor children's games are available. Baby equipment is available on site: cot, stroller, high chair). Electric bike rentals, Coutras/Libourne shuttle bus stop is 300 m away (free shuttles).
