Located in the heart of the village of Saint Denis de Pile, about fifteen kilometers from Saint Emilion, the Isle gîte is ideally located for discovering the Libourne vineyards and its prestigious appellations (Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, etc.). The gîte, housed in a stone house, consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (traditional coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle), dining area and TV lounge (sofa bed), a bathroom (shower) with toilet. An old straight staircase will take you upstairs where there is an attic bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed and a relaxation area (under the sloping ceiling). You will have a private swimming pool (dimensions 8m x 4m, depth from 1.20m to 2.30m, with bubble cover to maintain heat) and a ramp to descend into the pool available from May 1 to mid-October and a small enclosed garden with straw hut equipped with a mosquito net, garden furniture and electric planchas. The cottage is located in a dead end near the owners and other homes. Free parking in the village about 30 meters from the cottage. Reversible air conditioning. Sheets provided.
