Upgraded to club floor. Large and well decorated room. Extremely convenient for morning flight departure. However, a/c incapable of lowering temperature in room to a comfortable sleeping temp, and windows could not be opened. Quetioned concierge, who promised, but did not deliver an a/c fix. Otherwise, a high rating for a pricey hotel.

The hotel is located right in the airport, with easy walking to terminals. The front staff are helpful and welcoming. The waiter in the French restaurant appeared to be new to the country and struggled to take our order. The room was adequate but appeared tired.

The Sheraton is the only hotel connect to CDG Airport, and the owner obviously milks the property as a result of the location. I was charged $640 for a small "Exec Suite" that was dingy and banged up, unlike any Marriott property I have ever seen. Disgusting and nasty and dated. Marriott should require a massive re-investment or remove the hotel from their brand affiliation. At least the Staff was friendly and the restaurant food was good. But the rest of it should be gutted. I felt massively gauged and would not stay there at any price unless (like me) you are stuck in the airport over night. Even then, I would likely just take a shuttle to something newer and with less offensive pricing. Shame on Marriott! And shame on the property owner! Completely unacceptable.

I didn’t have the chance to make my reservation because of a problem at the airport, but my follow up with the staff regarding the missed reservation was unpleasant. They did not issue a refund—okay, that is their policy—but their response was patronizing and belittling. There are plenty of hotels in Paris; I would not recommend this one.

Conveniently located within the airport, so 5 min walk to any airline. Breakfast buffet was perfunctory given the cost. One espresso machine was broken and there were no large coffee cups available, so all the guests had to search for cups by asking staff for help.

We enjoyed the convenience of being at CDG terminal. It’s pricey, but worth it if you have an early flight. The room could use a refresh but was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to watch all the airlines from around the world coming and going from our window!

This was the ideal property for our needs. We arrived at CDG airport via train from Reims and were loaded down with multiple heavy pieces of luggage (I was helping my young adult son move from Reims to our hometown in the United States). The hotel is directly above the train station and was ideally situated just meters away from the airport terminal we were departing from the next morning. The attentive staff saw us with two trolleys stacked with luggage and offered to store the trolleys and bags for our overnight stay. We enjoyed a nice dinner in primary hotel restaurant, a restful sleep, a delicious buffet breakfast and were happy to feel unrushed as we dropped our key cards into the checkout box and rolled on to the terminal.
