Isabelle met us at the house and explained everything. We loved the house that has been on her family for three generations. The garden area was lovely and a peaceful space to relax and have our meals. Very close walking to Saint-Emilion. Very well appointed. Comfortable beds. We would stay again if we return to the area.

Great service from the front desk staff. They went out of their way to ensure guests had a full experience in Saint Emilion. Lovely old building in the middle of the old town.

Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador. One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you and would recommend it without hesitation (check out the frogs in the lake too - a real frog chorus!)

They were incredibly helpful, welcoming and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect!
