Résidence a 10 minutes a pieds de la marina de st François et de tous les commerces et le golf appartement avec terrasse très agréable avec vue sur les palmiers, une piscine a disposition magnifique (la plus grande de Guadeloupe) attention plus de restaurent a la piscine pour l'instant appartement idéale pour un couple + 1 ou 2 enfants (2eme lit canapé lit)

Séjour confortable dans un très beau site. Toutefois, il manque d'équipements pour la plage (chaises pliantes, serviettes). Quant à l'Internet annoncé, il y a eu des problèmes de connexion toute la semaine. Il fonctionnait rarement plus de cinq minutes à la fois, deux ou trois fois par jour.

Période idéale (mars) : température, affluence… mais prévoir pour les moustiques 😊. Notre appartement était agréable et vue imprenable. J’ai juste trois points négatifs : les oreillers ne sont pas top, n’avions pas de drap de rechange pour ce lit et le pommeau de la douche devrait être changé. Sinon, nos trois semaines sont passées trop vite…

Excellent séjour au sein de cet appartement et cette résidence. Bel accueil de la conciergerie en arrivant, super sympathique. Appartement bien entrenu, terrasse agréable. La résidence est juste magnifique et la piscine un bijou. Vraiment je recommande +++. Communication et échanges avec les propriétaires très cordiales et appréciables... Bref c'est un 9.5/10 pour moi.

Appartement bien, mais gros problème d’alimentation en eau

L appartement est conforme à la description. Cependant, gros point noir, nous n avons eu de l eau qu une journée pendant notre séjour d’une semaine. L’appartement ne dispose pas de cuve pour pallier au moins partiellement à cette situation(qui touche l’Ile depuis plusieurs années), contrairement à d autres appartements de la même résidence, dommage.

Pas d eau et plein d insectes

Bonjour, le cadre de la location est joli et l appart assez grand, mais nous avons été désagréablement surpris d’y trouver durant notre séjour plein d insectes dont une sorte de cafard de plus de 5 cm. Le désagrément le plus important était l absence d eau pendant pratiquement l intégralité du séjour. La seule chance d avoir de l eau était entre 6 et 7h du matin... et ce n était même pas garanti ! Nous n’avons eu aucune sortie d eau entre le 24 et le 27 décembre inclus ! Pour avoir discuté avec d autres personnes, les appartements de la résidence du 1er et 2eme étage sans citerne d eau (notre cas) sont très souvent coupés d’eau. Si cela avait été indiqué dans la description nous n aurions pas choisi cet appartement. Nous souhaitons un remboursement partiel de notre séjour pour compenser ce désagrément très fort. Merci de votre compréhension.

RAS, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ( calme, détente, soleil).

Propriété très agréable et propre. Plage, boulangerie, pizzeria.....sont à proximités. Studio adapté au séjour ( comme si vous étiez chez vous) il ne manque rien. Le seul bémole, le restaurant situé dans l'établissement n'est pas recommandable :( très peu de repas pour un buffet à volonté pour 18€50 et personnel pas convivial.
