ANSE DES ROCHERS is one of the most beautiful residences in Guadeloupe.
You will enjoy an infinity pool of 1200 m2 with a paddling pool for children, a private white sand beach, a petanque, a tennis court, a mini golf, a landscaped garden with palm grove on several hectares.
The residence is secured by a badge portal and monitored by a watchman day and night.

The studio for 2/3 people (2 adults and one child) completely renovated and equipped to nine in July 2018 is located on the garden level sea side with direct access to the beach.
With a surface of 30 m² it includes a main room with a bed 140 and a convertible pouf 1 place, a large terrace that can be closed by an electric shutter, houses the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob 2 burners, microwave, refrigerator -freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, a bathroom with tub and toilet.
Other equipment:
Air conditioning, fan on the terrace, internet TV, individual secure wifi, hairdryer, linens, towels and bath towels provided, only beach towels are not provided
