This spacious and renovated 74m2 apartment is 80 meters from the beach of the Grapes Clairs in Saint François.
Our apartment can accommodate 6 people in optimal comfort.
2 air conditioned bedrooms and 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people, fan and fan. Cot and chair available for free.
WC separated from the bathroom.
Terrace of 12m2 with table and 6 chairs.

Extra cost :

Endroit magnifique belles découvertes l’appartement était tel que décrit J’aurais pu facilement donner un 5 mais Angela la concierge a été vraiment brusque et détestable avec nous et cela à chacune de nos rencontres avec elle Nous étions à notre première expérience de voyage avec ce type de réservation et c’est vraiment un très mauvais souvenir à ne pas ramener de notre voyage mais cela j’en reparlerai avec le propriétaire

Super logement qui contient tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, surtout pour les familles (chaise haute, lit de bébé, jeux de société, jeux de piscine/plage)Cuisine très complète également, nous n’avons manqué de rien comme ustensiles ou comme accessoire de cuisson, ce qui a été grandement apprécié. Salle de bain rénovée avec une douche plus facile d’utilisation, surtout avec les enfants, que d’autres logements.L’accueil et le départ se sont bien passés avec Angela (concierge) et les communications ont été rapides avec Henrist avant qu’on confirme notre réservation. Seul bémol, attention aux dos sensibles, le grand lit de la chambre principale n’était pas des plus confortable selon nous. Nous recommandons sans hésitation! Merci pour les belles vacances

Bonjour, Le condo était très bien situé, bien aménagé et très propre. L’accueil excellente Angela était très sympathique et accueillante. Le domaine très sécuritaire avec accès aux piscines. Les couchés du soleil sur la plage étaient les plus beaux 5/7 … Important d’ajouter un rosé. Merci pour les excellents moments.

2 semaines parfaites : descriptif de la résidence et de l’appart correspond bien, bonne situation géographique, petits magasins et restaurants intéressants, appartement avec place de parking juste devant très pratique, très fonctionnel, bien agencé, tout y est au niveau équipements pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Bon séjour au Crystal Beach

Beau site bien entretenu et très sécuritaire. Résidence bien aménagée. Stationnement pratique juste en face du logement. Dans le logement: cuisine bien équipée, lits confortables. Climatisation dans les chambres efficaces. Grande terrasse/salle à manger. Très bonne boulangerie et resto (L'Atelier) à quelques pas. La mer est accessible en quelque minutes à pied. La plage pour baignade est à environ 5 minutes de marche additionnelle. Facilité de communication avec les hôtes et la conciergerie. À améliorer: beaucoup de voitures veulent accéder à la résidence, à la boulangerie et au resto. Vu le peu de place de stationnement pour aller à cette boulangerie, l'accès à la grille pour entrer sur le site de la résidence est parfois problématique. A l'entrée de la rue pour accéder à ce stationnement, il y a un énorme trou dans la chaussée qui complique l'accès. Le local pour déposer les ordures pourrait être plus souvent vidé et nettoyé. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour 2 à 4 personnes.
