This spacious and renovated 74m2 apartment is 80 meters from the beach of the Grapes Clairs in Saint François.
Our apartment can accommodate 6 people in optimal comfort.
2 air conditioned bedrooms and 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people, fan and fan. Cot and chair available for free.
WC separated from the bathroom.

Extra cost :

Super logement qui contient tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, surtout pour les familles (chaise haute, lit de bĂ©bĂ©, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, jeux de piscine/plage)Cuisine trĂšs complĂšte Ă©galement, nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien comme ustensiles ou comme accessoire de cuisson, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© grandement apprĂ©ciĂ©. Salle de bain rĂ©novĂ©e avec une douche plus facile d’utilisation, surtout avec les enfants, que d’autres logements.L’accueil et le dĂ©part se sont bien passĂ©s avec Angela (concierge) et les communications ont Ă©tĂ© rapides avec Henrist avant qu’on confirme notre rĂ©servation. Seul bĂ©mol, attention aux dos sensibles, le grand lit de la chambre principale n’était pas des plus confortable selon nous. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation! Merci pour les belles vacances

Bonjour, Le condo Ă©tait trĂšs bien situĂ©, bien amĂ©nagĂ© et trĂšs propre. L’accueil excellente Angela Ă©tait trĂšs sympathique et accueillante. Le domaine trĂšs sĂ©curitaire avec accĂšs aux piscines. Les couchĂ©s du soleil sur la plage Ă©taient les plus beaux 5/7

2 semaines parfaites : descriptif de la rĂ©sidence et de l’appart correspond bien, bonne situation gĂ©ographique, petits magasins et restaurants intĂ©ressants, appartement avec place de parking juste devant trĂšs pratique, trĂšs fonctionnel, bien agencĂ©, tout y est au niveau Ă©quipements pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Bon séjour au Crystal Beach

Beau site bien entretenu et trĂšs sĂ©curitaire. RĂ©sidence bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. Stationnement pratique juste en face du logement. Dans le logement: cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, lits confortables. Climatisation dans les chambres efficaces. Grande terrasse/salle Ă  manger. TrĂšs bonne boulangerie et resto (L'Atelier) Ă  quelques pas. La mer est accessible en quelque minutes Ă  pied. La plage pour baignade est Ă  environ 5 minutes de marche additionnelle. FacilitĂ© de communication avec les hĂŽtes et la conciergerie. À amĂ©liorer: beaucoup de voitures veulent accĂ©der Ă  la rĂ©sidence, Ă  la boulangerie et au resto. Vu le peu de place de stationnement pour aller Ă  cette boulangerie, l'accĂšs Ă  la grille pour entrer sur le site de la rĂ©sidence est parfois problĂ©matique. A l'entrĂ©e de la rue pour accĂ©der Ă  ce stationnement, il y a un Ă©norme trou dans la chaussĂ©e qui complique l'accĂšs. Le local pour dĂ©poser les ordures pourrait ĂȘtre plus souvent vidĂ© et nettoyĂ©. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour 2 Ă  4 personnes.
