Villa Avocatier is a luxury house full of charm, located in a quiet and residential area, close to the center of St François, the golf course, the airfield and the beaches.
In a Zen and cozy atmosphere, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The tropical garden with trees is not overlooked.
Its exposure to the Golden Valley allows the trade winds to pleasantly ventilate the villa.
Around the infinity salt pool and the SPA, a large terrace of 70m2 on which sunbathing and hammock lend themselves to idleness!
