In a green setting between authenticity and modernity, this house fulfills all the conditions necessary for a successful stay.

The villa consists of two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with high-end 160x200 bedding and each benefiting from a dressing room; a living room with a convertible sofa, a smart TV (Netflix, etc.) and internet access. You can also take advantage of a very large, functional and fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4-burner fire, coffee maker, multifunction oven, microwave oven, etc.). You will also find a large bathroom with a bathtub and for your comfort a separate individual toilet. All of which can accommodate 6 people. Outside you can enjoy a large veranda overlooking a flowered and secure garden of over 700 square meters where there is a fully private salt swimming pool.

In the town of Saint-François, ideally located 5 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from Le Moule, you will stay in the heart of a quiet area, lulled by the sound of the wind. In order to make your stay unforgettable, you can explore the nearby paths in peace to discover the renowned beaches hidden there, discover the products and flavors of the West Indian region thanks to the direct producers market (Ô market year or) located 2 minutes walk from the house.

Joli villa mal située pour nous

La villa est très conviviale, bien décorée, fonctionnelle, belle piscine bien entretenue par des gens super gentils, mais la villa est située sur une rue passante et bruyante, à côté d'une industrie. Si le jardin est beau en avant, on ne peut pas dire la même chose de l'arrière. Si on en avait su ou vu davantage sur la localisation dans l'annonce, on aurait pas loué.

Propriété très agréable avec beaucoup d'espace ,les chambres sont très spacieuse et le reste de la maison aussi . La literie est parfaite Piscine très propre et entretenu. Très bonne accueil avec des petites attentions à l'arrivée . Les propriétaires reste à notre disposition . Jardin bien entretenu. (Petit hic il manque une table pour manger à l'intérieur).

la villa est très bien agencée et bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour de trois semaines (linge de toilette et draps). la proximité d'un commerce alimentaire, très agréable, est un plus. l'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux et celle-ci disponible à chacune de nos sollicitations. nous avons passé un super et beau séjour. nous y retournerons dés que nous pourrons.
