Wonderful place with amazing view

Very well located close to the beach and the restaurant Ti-Coco. The studio is clean and well equipped. Mileydis is very nice host. Strongly recommended !

Un bel endroit!

C'est un studio avec superbe belle vue, près de de bons restaurants et attractions. Le site serait à rénover autant à l'intérieur que l'extérieur. Les studios mi-toyens ne sont pas insonorisés, ce qui ne permet pas de profiter pleinement des matins de repos. Très belle piscine, par contre, manque de transat pour toutes les convives. Immeuble voisin très bruyant, causé par le moteur de l'air climatisé. Endroit très sécuritaire avec accès limitée. L'accueil et le soutien lors du séjour est très bien.

Very nice and confortable

We stayed at this place from feb 20 to march 6 2019 and we had a wonderful time there. The view from the appart. is amazing! We’ve been warm welcome by Carole and she add took the time to prepare a map with all the places to visit in Guadeloupe and she explained us how things work over there. The appart is great with all commodities we needed for our stay including a good internet connexion. We will certainly come back.

Excellent situation, Value for money.

The apartment was superbly well situated just yards from the beach and had sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean with fresh linen and nice towels supplied, recently refurbished and good air-conditioning. The site was a little run down with only the main pool and the beach really appealing. Many of the other amenities were unavailable such as beach loungers, snorkel hire etc. We had to drive into St Francois , the nearest town for restaurants, shopping etc. This would have been hopeless without a hire car. The Cafe and bar had closed 2 days before we got there, and we lost the mains water twice for 24 hours during the stay. These were unfortunate incidents beyond the owners control and more nuisance than calamity. Should the beach cafe and restaurant remain closed, the kitchen equipment in the apartment would need improving and implementing so that self catering could be easier. The two ring electric hob was a bit restrictive for a full meal. The king size double bed was very firm and my wife found it a little uncomfortable but it served it's purpose. Generally we had an enjoyable stay, only marred by the site being a little run down. Having toured the islands fairly extensively we felt that St Francois was the best area to be and our apartment was probably one of the best on the site. The Owner was very pleasant and helpful, when we had a small problem with the electric hob she sent someone out to sort it fairly quickly.

Endroit super ! Ce studio est le mieux placé de tout le complexe selon nous. Nous avons séjourné 1 mois, vu splendide sur la mer et la plage. Restaurant à deux pas . Grandeur du studio parfait pour deux personnes. Mileydys super gentille facile à rejoindre en tout temps . Un mot de plus Wow

Petit studio en manque d’amour

Le studio loué, décrit pour 2 à 4 personnes, était beaucoup plus petit que ce que nous attendions. Un lit double, une table pour 4 personnes et un divan inconfortable. Pour 2 personnes max! La vue est magnifique, la plage toute proche est chouette et le resto Ti-Coco sympa et bon. Mais franchement, le studio exigu manquait de charme et a sérieusement besoin d’amour. Sur 3 chaises de plages, une seule était utilisable, les 2 autres en état de désintégration. Le parasol troué se désintégrait aussi. L’éclairage était blafard, le balai médiocre nous a cassé entre les mains, bref un endroit tout petit en manque d’amour. Lorsqu’on loue un endroit dans les Caraïbes on veut un peu d’authenticité pour vivre une expérience, dans ce cas-ci aucun charme malgré la vue magnifique qui ne peut tout racheter.

Superbe résidence avec toutes les commodités très sécuritaire (domaine privé protégé avec guérite ) la mieux situé de tout le domaine Anse des rochers . A deux pas de la magnifique plage privée et du resto Ti’coco qui offre pains frais ,croissants,et chocolatines ,tout les matins . Immense piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons fait un magnifique séjour je vous recommande cet endroit . Merci à Milady,Carole et Jessica

Excellent endroit!!!!

Très bonne communication. Réponse rapide. Plusieurs informations avant l’arrivée, par Carole, gestionnaire pour Myleydys. Elle nous attendait à l’entrée du site pour nous accueillir. Le site est très beau, tranquille et bien situé à St-Francois. L'hébergement est situé en face de la plage. La cuisine à aire ouverte nous a permis de profiter des magnifiques coucher de soleil. Beaucoup d’équipement. Chaises et serviettes de plage grandement appréciées. N’hésitez pas, c’est le meilleur emplacement.

Propriété au calme, a 50 M d'une très belle plage, l'une des plus belles de Saint Francois!! Très belle vue. Le studio est propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire, a 5 mn en voiture du centre ville. Propriétaires agréables et de bon conseil! Nous y retournerons sans doute!

belle situation

Appartement très bien situé( 20m de la plage), vue sur mer, calme et bon rapport qualité/prix; bien agencé mais un peu petit pour 2 adultes et 2 ados. Belle cuisine mais pas d'ustensiles ( 1 faitout sans couvercle, 1 casserole, pas de poèle),heureusement nous ne mangions pas sur place. Il était noté dans le descriptif que nous aurions un panier d'accueil avec "ti punch"( ce que tous nos amis ont eu dans leur appartement) et petit dejeuner au restaurant (qui etait en fait fermè)....dommage il ne faudrait pas noter des choses qui ne sont plus proposées... Myledie très arrangeante nous avons pu rester plus tard le jour du départ, et très bon accueil par Patricia

Schönes, modernes Appartement aber Vermieter nie erreichbar

Schönes, modernes Appartement mit super Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist nur 20 Meter entfernt und schön, aber es gibt noch schönere auf Guadeloupe. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Schade war, dass wenn wir Hilfe und Infos benötigt haben, unsere Anrufe und SMS ignoriert wurden. Gastfreundschaft haben wir in Guadeloupe sonst echt anders erlebt! Es war für uns echt blöd, weil zum Beispiel der Chip für das Eingangstor defekt war und wir einmal sogar eine halbe Stunde warten mussten, bis uns ein anderes Auto reingelassen hat. Bei unserer Abreise ist der Vermieter einfach nicht erschienen.

tres bon gite

c'est la 2eme fois que nous louons ce gite et nous apprécions beaucoup cette résidence avec cette magnifique piscine, le gite est à 50 mètres de la mer et de la plage; il est bien décoré, très agréable à vivre et bien équipé; il a une jolie vue; Myledys est délicieuse et arrangeante -merci pour le séchoir à linge et les clés laissées à l'aéroport. le gite est accolé à un autre gite qui peut communiquer par une porte; nos voisins étaient discrets et nous avons entendu très peu de bruit. nous recommanderons ce gite à notre entourage -c'est sûr -
