Magnificent villa with swimming pool and panoramic view in St Gely du Fesc

The house is in a quiet residential area and we will not be able to make noise (music) in the garden and at night in the house after 9 p.m. We do not take a group to party. The ground floor is inhabited by the owner and a studio is rented year-round. These people do not interfere with travelers who have their garden, barbecue and the exclusivity of the swimming pool.
The household is worth 80 euros. The cleaning of the barbecue 25 euros. Sheets 12 euros/bed.
