I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. Upon arrival, we discovered extensive black mold covering the air conditioning unit. While the rest of the home initially looked clean, seeing visible mold on the system responsible for circulating air throughout the house was extremely alarming—especially because I am pregnant and we were traveling with a young child who has asthma. This created an immediate health concern and made the property unsafe for our family to stay. While the host did ultimately agree to refund the stay, this was an incredibly stressful situation that never should have happened. A property should be thoroughly inspected and properly maintained before guests arrive—especially something as critical as the HVAC system.No family should arrive on vacation and be put in this position.

This place was wonderful with a spectacular view of the marsh and wildlife. Everything we needed for a short stay away from home.The deer here just rome around the resort like we do. The beach was beautiful and clean. The amenities and activities on thw Island were abundant. Needed more time to do them all. Ocean Creek Golf Course was beautiful. Would definitely visit again.

The view is outstanding, as is the location. Owners were responsive whenever an inquiry was made. Amenity cards are not included in the rental cost, which I somehow missed, but just be aware there is a cost associated with that, and if you want to use the pool or restaurant you will need those.

Great beach condo!

Great little beach condo for a family! The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. The communication with the property manager was also exceptional- I had a couple questions and they were answered very quickly. The cleaners forgot a pillowcase on one of the beds and when I messaged the manager, the cleaner brought a pillowcase quickly. It is up 4 staircases so keep that in mind if you aren’t looking for a little bit of exercise but it was just fine for us. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again!

Great getaway

We loved the central location. Ice cream is across the street and the pickle ball and tennis courts are right next door. We've stayed all over Fripp and I'm pretty sure the view of the marsh from the porch and master bedroom is the best view we've had on the island. Definitely recommend!

Very well stocked condo. The balcony overlooks the marsh for beautiful sunset views. Since the balcony is covered and screened, we were able to enjoy the rain as well. There is a fishing pier behind the condo. You will get your workout in with the three flights of stairs, but the trade off of having no one above you is worth it. I liked that the golf cart was included.
