Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home combines modern updates with the laid-back charm of island living.

Safety Notice
This home is located directly on the water and there is no lifeguard on duty. All children and pets must be closely supervised at all times while enjoying the beach or surrounding outdoor areas.

Island security charges a parking pass fee for each vehicle coming through the gate. Fees range from $35 per car for 2 nights to $85 per car for 7 nights. We will need to collect payment for the passes and your vehicle info prior to your arrival.

The HOA does NOT allow guests to rent golf carts on the island and this home's owner DOES NOT provide one for use.

Great Beach Trip!

We had a great time at this property! Could not be closer to the beach, which was amazing for smaller kids. The house is very beach friendly with hardwood floors and open floor plan, 2nd fridge right near back door so getting things for the beach was very easy! Beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds with the ocean view! Would for sure book this property again Excellent Stay!

Beautiful But…..

The interior of the house was nice; very musty smell…hard to get over that…the home was located right next to a public access and people would sit right in front of the home….the gas grill did not work…. The area below the home was a mess; overall nice but not worth the money… the best part of the home was the bathroom

So close to the beach!!

We chose to Harbor Island for our annual family beach trip and we’re so glad we did! The house was right on the beach! We brought beach chairs and a tent, but when the tide comes in you barely even have room for them you are so close! We saw dolphins every day mostly at sunrise and sunset time. We loved the island and the huge community pool! The house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked! The only negatives were the prickly spurs in the yard. We were unable to walk the dog in the yard because of them, but took full advantage of the dog park down the street. 4 out of 5 of the adults all got them in our feet even with wearing shoes outside. The master bed is so tall and the top cover slides around. It was fine for us, but I could definitely see it being a challenge for someone else. Overall, it was an amazing trip and we already want to book again!
