Welcome to our charming studio facing Cinq Pineaux beach on the Corniche de Sion which connects Saint Hilaire de Riez to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Sandy beaches, coves, dunes and swimming pools await you just a stone's throw away.

Close to the center of Sion with its markets on Tuesday and Friday, you can enjoy the small resort and its summer activities.

Close to numerous seaside, fun and cultural activities, the accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Ile de Noirmoutier or the Ile d'Yeu, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d'Olonne or for a getaway to Puy du Fou.

Magnifique studio, mais...

La première impression en entrant dans le studio est l’émerveillement : vue imprenable sur l’océan, logement lumineux, superbement aménagé et très bien équipé ; un bémol toutefois pour la porte coulissante de la salle d’eau qui, avec un seul guide et pas d’arrêtoir, sort trop facilement de son unique guide. Mais, j’avais, lors de la réservation, interrogé le propriétaire sur la place de parking, sans avoir de retour avant notre arrivée et l’on comprend pourquoi : pas de parking, interdiction de pénétrer dans les parkings (aérien et souterrain) et impossibilité de s’arrêter devant le bâtiment car l’avenue de la corniche est étroite et fréquentée. Il nous a donc été proposé le parking de la chapelle, trop isolé à mon goût, situé à 150m et accessible par un petit chemin boueux par temps de pluie; nous avons donc, pour le déchargement à l’arrivée, les courses et le chargement au départ (sous la pluie), opté pour les places dans les rues adjacentes, places rares et à la disponibilité aléatoire même hors vacances scolaires.
