3 room duplex apartment of 51 m2 on the 1st floor of the block. It includes on the first level:
- An entrance with storage for shoes and coats etc plus a small freezer.
- A fully renovated kitchen (Dec 22) equipped with 2 plate hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave.
- A carpeted lounge refurbished in July 23 with corner sofa, TV (English and French), DVD player and storage. The dining area has a solid oak table and seating bench with 3 additional dining chairs. This space opens onto an east-facing balcony with a view of the mountains and resort, through newly refurbished doors and windows.
Upstairs
- The landing has 2 single beds in the attic mezzanine (for 2 people) and a chest of drawers
- A second attic bedroom with a velux window and double bed (for 2 people) and large shelved wardrobe with mirror doors
- An attic bedroom with a double bed (for 2 people) and plenty of box storage. The bedroom opens out onto an east-facing balcony.
- A bathroom with bathtub, shower overhead, sink and WC.
- Separate WC
The cave no. 14 is located in the corridor opposite the basement entrance. It has plenty of shelves and racking to store your boots, boards and skis. The basement is warm overnight to ensure drying. Sorry pets are not allowed in the apartment. The cable car and shops are close by.
The apartment is equipped with duvets, blankets, crockery and kitchen utensils. It does not include household linen or bed linen.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the tenant (can be booked upon request).
