In a privileged environment, surrounded by woods, and quiet, the Barrusquet is a pleasant contemporary house at 6 kms from Limogne en Quercy and 10 kms from Cajarc with all shops and services. One appreciates the luminous rooms with beautiful volumes, the layout and the contemporary equipment of very good comfort... nothing is missing! One also appreciates the air-conditioning in all the rooms and the accessibility to the people with reduced mobility (shower room and toilets completely adapted and widths of the doors consequently). The private heated swimming pool will be the place of relaxation appreciated after beautiful ballades and discoveries near the lodging.The house is on one level with a fully equipped living room / kitchenette with built-in units, opening onto the covered terrace with garden furniture. Laundry room with washing machine and all the necessary cleaning. 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 160, and the other with 2 beds 90. Shower room + toilets totally adapted to disabled people. Private heated swimming pool (8x4m with flat bottom, 1.50 deep), secured by a barrier.  The gite has all the baby equipment. The swimming pool is heated only from 5/06 to 25/09 subject to weather conditions (contact the owners for confirmation).
