When trying to make a reservation direct with hotel, i was hung up on 3 times by same person. Restaurant closed on Mondays. After long day of driving, had to find a restaurant elsewhere. Limited tv channels. Having to watch Blue Jays game in French.

Do not book this hotel!!!

We just finished travelling the East coast for 25 days. This was our last stop before arriving back home. Stayed with our small dog and chose this hotel for the highly rated restaurant. It was an anniversary celebration. When we arrived the restaurant was closed and we were told we could not leave our dog unattended. (Our dogs have stayed in more hotels than most people from Intercontinental to Fairmonts with never any issues). After 9 hrs of driving we were told we could not leave the room to go eat? Room was dated. Plastic flooring peeling. Beds are hard. We parked our RV in the back lot with hesitation as another guest told us that it was a bad area. WORST HOTEL STAY in years!! (We average 40-50 hotel nights per year)
