So noisy. Could hear the tv next door, kids screaming in the pool, thought the people above were coming through the ceiling. Have never been in a hotel this loud & I travel a lot. Front desk was not interested in moving us to a higher floor, because “we booked on hotels.com”

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in Saint John

Grundsätzlich erfüllt das Hotel die Erwartungen. Leider gibt es in den Hampton Inns im Gegensatz zu einigen Embassy Suites keine „Adult Only Time“ für den Pool. Im Sommer ist der Pool bis zum Schluss mit laut schreienden Kindern überfüllt. Pool und Whirlpool können daher de facto nicht genützt werden. Der Kühlschrank war in diesem Hotel besonders klein.

The bedroom was clean. The staff was extremely friendly & the breakfast was delicious. The A/C would not regulate properly making the room too hot, The bathroom was dingy looking and the shower head had barely any pressure. The hot tub was out of order as well.

The hotel is very dated. We just spent 4 days previous to this stay at other Hampton Locations throughout the US and it was hard not to compare. It could use a revamp. The staff were lovely, breakfast was good, and the pool was excellent.

Good hotel

Good stay and great breakfast. I've stayed here many times and every time the chlorine in the pool burns your eyes and you cant stay long. I've mentioned it to staff but nothing changes. This trip one of my kids started coughing uncontrollably because of the chlorine. We had to leave.

Hotel was ok. Taxes in we paid almost $350 for the night which should have been a luxury hotel room in my opinion. Found it very pricey for a Monday night stay. Bed was very hard and we did not sleep well. Staff was very friendly. Price was a bit of a turn-off.

We checked-in with our Jack Russell. The staff made a huge fuss over the dog. It was pleasantly unexpected. Also, the free breakfast was really very good, not fancy, but good. We stayed here on our way to PEI and the shopping in the immediate vicinity of the hotel was excellent.
