Nestled on the 2ᵉ and top floor of the quiet Les Marronniers de Filly residence, this cosy accommodation is perfect for a romantic break or for a couple with a child. You will appreciate its ideal location for lovely walks as well as the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, especially La Tournette.

The flat is composed as follows:

- Beautiful living room with sitting area including sofa bed (ideal for one person) and connected TV
- Dining area with mountain views
- Fully fitted open-plan kitchen with spacious work surface and all necessary equipment

Sleeping area:
- Double bedroom (160x200 cm) with fitted wardrobes and TV
- Shower room with washbasin and washing machine
- Separate WC

Outside area:
- Access to the east-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the rising sun over a cup of coffee.

Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available in the flat.

The flat is ideally located in a quiet area of Saint-Jorioz within walking distance of the village centre (15 minutes) and the lake (approx. 20 minutes)

What to do :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). - Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from the flat for easy access to the city centre (approx. 20 min) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. There are also bus and private shuttle services between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
