- A mezzanine with a sofa bed (for one or two children)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A 40 m² enclosed garden
- Two 25 m² wooden terraces : one on the garden side and the other at the back of the house with furniture for enjoying fine weather and table football.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Joseph, in very pleasant surroundings. A grocery shop is just a two-minute walk away, and a Leader Price in La Plaine des Grègues is a 5-minute drive. There is a market in Saint-Joseph on Friday mornings. Bus stop in front of the door: direct to St Joseph town centre.
