Full of charm and poetry, this small stone house welcomes out of sight, lovers of wild nature. The place invites to meditation and reverie.
Its large sunny garden, planted with deciduous trees, has a romantic accent like it. You can relax there, listen to the birds singing, have meals ...
On the Cathar Trail it opens onto hiking trails and long walks, in a setting of large virgin and picturesque spaces of beautiful forests, mountains and meadows.
Pets are welcome.
Its strong points:
Nestled in nature, its garden, its trees, it is said to be "nestled at the end of the world" and yet it is close to all amenities. The place is ideal for visiting abbeys and Cathar castles, discovering the wild flora and fauna of the Pyrenean Piedmont, in a preserved region, one eye on Rennes le Chateau and the other on Bugarach.
It is also located not far from major poles like Toulouse or Perpignan, and the Mediterranean ... where you can get away for a few hours before finding the savagery of the middle mountains.

Lovely house in the mountains.

I wasn’t aware that I needed to provide my own sheets and towels and dish towels. Make sure to arrive with food and provisions. The grocery store is far away.

Very Peaceful

Lovely little house in the small village of le bezu. Peaceful location, rustic with modern amenities. Some great hikes and picnic spots from the house itself, with great views of Mt. Bugarach or Rennes le Chateau. Great location to explore the languedoc and its rich history. I would definitely stay here again. It's just what we were looking for.

Tranquilidad, naturaleza y rutas medievales.

Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables. La experiencia en la casa ha sido excelente. Recomendado a personas que buscan tranquilidad en la ubicación de la casa, disfrutar la naturaleza realizando rutas por el maravilloso país Cátaro y amantes de los entornos rurales. La casa es ideal para desconectar de todo. No apta para los que quieren seguir conectados. Era lo que buscábamos y esperamos repetir.

Petit coin idéal en dehors du monde

Idéal pour 2 personnes, maison adorable et au calme absolu. Tout y est pour passer quelques jours en dehors du temps, proche de belles balades, sans avoir a trop prendre la voiture ! La région est superbe. Le logement est bien équipé mais sans superflu. Bref, le lieu se prête au repos, au farniente a la lecture.....etc.

A consommer sans modération !!

Idéal pour ceux qui aime le calme, la rando, les visites de sites historiques ou naturels. une propriétaire très sympathique. Un séjour quelque peu déconnecté de la réalité habituelle (pas de connexion internet, pas de télé). Cela ne nous a pas empèché de passer un très agréable séjour.

Havre de paix

L'endroit parfait pour se ressourcer au sein de la nature. La petite maison, située au sein d'un hameau très calme, équipée du nécessaire et une bonne literie, gagne tout son potentiel avec le beau et chaud temps au cœur de son écrin d'arbres mais le poêle à bois permet de passer les soirées plus fraîches avec douceur. Belles randonnées à faire dans la région et excellents produits locaux pour se requinquer à l'épicerie "Plein Champ" à Couiza sur les bons conseils de Françoise dont l'accueil et la gentillesse ont aussi contribué à la qualité de notre séjour !

Calme et régénérant

Petite bergerie adorable. Simple mais tout y est. Accueillis par les senteurs de jasmin et les oiseaux, quelques hennissements, les ânes et le chien du voisin qui fait un tour dans le jardin et repart. Plus loin des lamas et peut-être verrez vous un renard à la sortie d'un village ! Nous avons adoré !

Les promesses du descritif ne sont pas au rdv!!!!! Maison sale, équipements vétustes

Maison sale, équipements vétustes, Salle de bain non nettoyée,très très sales, inacceptable. Une heure de nettoyage et de désinfection à notre arrivée. Maison sale, et non aérée. Plan de travail et évier cuisine sales et vétustes, Odeurs persistantes de moisies et d'humidité. La maison est globalement sale. La vaisselle est à la limite de l'acceptable. Pas de cafetière (prévue au descriptif). Le canapé est un sommier (cassé) de lit d'une personne avec un vieux matelas (inexploitable) Aucun confort! La maison est habitée de mouches, (élevage de chevaux et enclos à bétail en proximité immédiate). Le calme promis n'est pas au rdv. Beaucoup de bruit dans le bourg, des fêtes sont organisées le soir en extérieur. Nous sommes partis au bout de 3 jours. Pour avoir une très grande expérience des gites, celui-ci restera le pire de tous ceux que nous avons connus.

charme et sérénité

Maisonnette au joli charme "à l'anglaise", dans un hameau perché ..pour des vacances totalement "déconnectées" de la vie urbaine. Hôtesse accueillante.(En cette fin juin 2021, certains jours, météo un peu mitigée: sensation de fraîcheur dans la brume, bien compensée par la chaleur du poêle à bois..:-))Mais par grand soleil, l'écrin de verdure du jardin , et l'intérieur de la maison doivent être des havres de "frais" bienvenus. Nous reviendrons peut-être vérifier ça un autre été :-) J&D.

Petite maison paisible dans un village de 6 habitants. Bien placée pour de belles randonnées en pays Cathare. Il faut aimer des vacances loin du monde , comme nous.

Nature et Découverte

Pour les amoureux de la nature, un décor absolument magnifique dans un cadre tout en douceur. Un lieu idéal, pour se retrouver en accord avec la faune et la flore, tout y est harmonie et sérénité, la petite maison sous les arbres nous a ravie en tout point de vue. Nous remercions Françoise pour sa disponibilité et son accueil, et nous gardons un souvenir privilégié de notre contact auprès d'elle. Het huisje onder de bomen.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Eenvoudige inrichting, maar heel knus. Midden in het Katharengebied, dus wat je ook wilt bezichtigen, het is nooit ver weg. Lieve gastvrouw die je altijd mag bellen bij problemen. Kortom, voor wie van rust en de natuur houdt is dit een aanrader.

Perfect Peace

Thank you, Francoise, for your hospitality and generosity while staying in your beautiful and authentic little cottage. For us, it was like going back in time, when there was no intrusion of phones, wifi, internet, tv.......just silence, birdsong, barking of foxes and cricket choirs and a good read by the fire at night. The area is beautiful and dramatic, with lots of things to see and visit, and a paradise for hikers.....and their dogs. Our dog had the time of it's life. We would like to return one day, for a vacation.

Einfach in der Ausstattung aber trotzdem SUPER GUT!! 100 % Erholung vom stressigen Alltag!

Wir waren Anfang September 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus mit 3 Hunden. Für uns war es genau das was wir wollten! Kein Fernseher und Internet E bis max. 3G im Haus. Aber die wahnsinnige Natur vor der Haustür.:-) Ruhe und Erholung pur. Fast jeden Tag ein anderer Wochenmarkt in der Umgebung wo man Regionale Köstlichkeiten zu günstigen Preisen bekommen kann die immer ein Leckeres Abendessen wurden. Freundliche Vermieterin Françoise und super nette Franzosen überall. Die gute Energie der Berge ist förmlich in jeder Zelle zu spüren. Wir haben uns verliebt in dieses kleine Haus unter den Bäumen! Nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder :-) Dankeschön Françoise

Nichée dans un lieu paisible et ombragé, la petite maison est idéale pour passer des vacances reposantes et revivifiantes. Elle dispose des équipements essentiels et il n'en faut pas plus. Les alentours boisés peuvent donner lieu à de très jolies balades. La propriétaire est accueillante, disponible et discrète. Amoureuse des lieux, elle vous invite à les découvrir en toute simplicité. Ce fut de très belles vacances qui laissent un goût de "reviens-y". Merci

Très nature !

J'ai très récemment passé 2 semaines dans cette adorable petite maison. Difficile d'être plus au calme ! Environnement nature très agréable, au centre des plus beaux sites à visiter. Et si la vie citadine vous manque un peu, vous serez rapidement à Carcassonne ou à Perpignan. Merci à la propriétaire pour son charmant accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.
