Caroline and Fabien welcome you to this lovely, peaceful nest where you can enjoy the swimming pool available from June to the end of September, enclosed grounds. Its optional spa from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and two pretty terraces: one on the higher ground, will allow you to laze around, a book in hand and the other to share convivial meals around a barbecue or a plancha. For stays of less than a week, the spa option can be adjusted to the number of nights (payable to the owners). Children between 3 and 9 years old can enjoy a portico. Inside, the living room consists of a lounge area with home cinema, board games and its dining area with integrated kitchen. A bathroom with walk-in shower / WC included on the ground floor. Laundry area under the stairs with washing machine. Upstairs, a first bedroom nicely decorated and its bed 140x190, skylight, then a second bedroom with a bed 160x200m opening onto the terrace with armchairs, parasol, high table and stools, view on the vineyard of Corconnac. For winter evenings a pellet stove will warm you (bags extra, and billing of electricity consumption in addition to 8kw / h). Sheets and table linen are provided. Swimming pool of 3mx10m with alarm and depth of 1m20 to 1m90, open depending on the weather.
