The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and runs every 10 minutes. The room was very clean. There was a very good selection for breakfast.

Everything was fine. It was a nice hotel other than unable to check in. We had a reservation, it was on their system. But we could not create our room key and check in. Neither could another couple. Later in the evening a Korean family also could not check in. It’s best to have a hotel with a reception in my experience.

Excellent service

Stayed here for a night when we were heading to visit Château Chillon. The staff was super friendly, especially the gentleman who was running the front desk. He was very empathetic to our situation (unable to find parking) and was very helpful in the morning to let me know about great sites in the area. The hotel itself was not bad. The price was decent for what we got. Breakfast was not included. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was nice- you could see the town and some vineyards along the hill. My only issue was the parking. There isn’t much parking for the hotel and we ended up having to pay for parking overnight up the street in a public lot as all the spots were taken when we got back to hotel. Otherwise it’s in a great location close to many different places to see and things to do. Hotel is a bit dated. Has an elevator but I had no idea how to use it so we just used the stairs.

Functional hotel but lacking in a few respects

The hotel is under renovation, the top floor is not reachable by elevator, the room I stayed in was not not well designed with too small a bathroom, the hotel is noisy due to proximity to highway, it is a 15 minute ride from the charming lakeside part of down.

Nice enough, but beware no weekend bar/restaurant!

Nice enough attic room (economy room). No air con, but big fan provided. We are here in heat wave! Beware last bus into town from stop next to hotel is around 7.35pm from town, so you have to walk back! We got bus to town but got off as soon as it reached first point by lake front. It took us 30 mins to walk back to hotel. We found a pizza restaurant just off hill on left if heading back to hotel. So many places closed!

Nice stay!

A one night stay that was lovely. The hotel is older and a little different with chalet beams in the rooms. The only negative was the rude women at check out. Since everyone else was friendly and very helpful, that is on her, not the hotel.

Nice Hotel near lake Geneva

Good, Clean hotel. Big Rooms. A bit out-dated,but OK. Parking in the back. very close to public transportation - ask for the free transportation card from the reception.

Cozy comfy

Stayed here for the Jazz Festival and enjoyed my stay. I had a rental car so parking was free and it was about a 5-10 minute drive down the hill and your at the waterfront promenade. I did take the bus once and it was very convenient, with a stop outside the door . The rooms were well maintained with big windows that open up to let in fresh air . There is no AC in the hotel so beware if it's hot you will suffer , they supply a cute fan , but I need my AC . Restaurant was cute but I ate elsewhere . Switzerland is really pricey when it comes to food and drinks and they don't always take the Euro , they use Swiss money , but all credit cards excepted . ⭐️⭐️⭐️
