Tolle Aussicht, nettes Apartment

Schön zentral gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht von jedem Fenster aus. Angenehm modernisiert und eingerichtet, für ein paar Tage auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Die drei Stockwerke halten fit, kostenloses parken ist eher schwierig…

Séjour St Malo mère fille

Très bel appartement avec beaucoup de charme et très bien situé. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture durant le séjour de 3 jours. Tout est à proximité (commerces, plages, port), de quoi faire de belles balades. Les propriétaires ont été bienveillants avant et après le séjour. Je conseille fortement Je renouvellerai sans hésiter

Idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans un appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel, bonne literie également. A 10 min a pieds d'intra-muros et deux min de la plage des Sablons, beau sentier de randonnée. Très calme. Merci à Soizic pour sa bienveillance et à Mme Bonenfant qui vous mettent à l'aise et qui anticipent les mesures d'arrivée et de départ de manière efficace en fonction de leurs locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour !

Localisation très bien, parking gratuit à proximité, literie confortable, vue magnifique de toutes les pièces de l'appartement. Quartier agréable à distance de marche de la vieille ville. Très bon accueil de la personne en charge de la location, de même qu'avec la propriétaire de l'appartement.

Tout d’abord, un grand remerciement à Soïzic pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Elle est venue nous récupérer à la gare et nous ramener après notre séjour d’une semaine alors que ce n’était pas prévu. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, spacieux, calme, lumineux avec sa vue imprenable sur le joli port de plaisance des Bas Sablons. La localisation est vraiment parfaite, on se déplace à pied, c’est top ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location et de notre côté, c’est à renouveler !

Dans un illeuble de caractere, joli apoartement refait à neuf. Super vue sur la marina, saint servan et la plage des bas sablons. Superbes couchers de soleil. A proximité de tout : commerces, intra, sentier de randonnée, mer. Je reviendrai.

Appartement parfait tant au niveau prestations (hyper propre) que situation géographique( proche de la rue commercante). Un spécial remerciement à Soizic qui est venue nous récupérer à la gare avec nos bagages, alors que cela n'était pas du tout prévu. Nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement ctte location.
