The apartment was good and well equipped, however I wouldn't say, that our staying there was comfortable, as there were a lot of petite pieces of paper covered by small handwriting (in French), which (I guess, as my French is poor, as well as my eyesight) warns you not to touch, move or be very carful with some objects. In addition to that, there was another paper (in English), with warning of possible punishment for any damage you may cause and some other pieces of paper guiding you how to sort garbage and save water. As a result, you live in an apartment surrounded by leaflets with various kinds of warnings. Why not to take away valuable things and simply send guests one leaflet with all the recommendations and requests?
