Brilliant location

This apartment was in a great location really central and also very quiet in the evenings. Small but has everything you need. Very tricky to find the street with a car so we had to walk to where our car was parked when loading and unloading which was a bit tricky - especially up 3 flights of stairs! The description mentions there is a water park - this is definitely not correct!! No facilities like that on site but it didn’t matter as the beach was so close. In need of a few repairs - the toilet seat was broken

Logement parfait et fonctionnel, il ne manque rien Situation impeccable, proche des commerces, des accès plages et départ pour visites etc Excellente communication avec le propriétaire Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette superbe ville de St Malo. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous ne pouvons que conseiller ce logement

Mignon appartement au proche de toutes commodités

Mme Schwab vous accueillera toute en sourire et dynamisme. Elle sait se rendre disponible et porter attention aux personnes qu'elle accueille. Dans les fortifications de St Malo, ce logement en quasi zone piétonne, ne subit pas le bruit des trépidations estivales et du trafic et vous offre l'accès à toutes commodités et quelques excellents restaurants. Cependant en juillet, fenêtres ouvertes pour cause de canicule, les livraisons de l'aurore et les Goélands sauront remplacer le reveil-matin. Ce logement est extrêmement bien équipé et très confortable, et la literie y est excellente. Par contre si l'indication du 3eme étage est bien notifier, cette accessibilité sera réservée aux personnes en pleine forme car les marches sont hors côtes et peu large. Il en est de même pour la distribution couloir et salle de douche du logement et toilettes. C'est vraiment étroit. Ces points d'importance ne nous ont pas empêché d'apprécier largement notre semaine de vacances et saint Malo et nous reviendrons. En conscience, je peux recommander.
