It's an ideal setting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the birdsong, squirrels, deer, and other wildlife. The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of woodland.

For those who don't fish, there are lovely walks to enjoy. Don't miss Pontmain, a pilgrimage town linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, with its magnificent cathedral, just 5 km away. The Château de Fougères and its medieval town are 14 km away. And why not take a trip to Mont Saint-Michel, an hour's drive (55 km)?

Upstairs: two bedrooms: one with a single bed (90x[hidden]cm) and the other with two single beds (90x[hidden]cm), a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, a shower room with a small shower cubicle, and a separate toilet.

The cottage is equipped with a TV and 4G coverage. There is no Wi-Fi.
