The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a three-burner ceramic hob. It opens onto the living room (with TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi) and dining room. The entire house has reversible air conditioning. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. A secure bike storage area is available. Large French doors in the living room open onto a south-facing wooden terrace, offering complete privacy and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Baby equipment is provided: a travel cot, high chair, and changing mat. Electricity and heating are included. Bed linen is available for €15 per bed per change. Towels are €8 per person per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €50. Explore the gourmet markets of Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Numerous hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails cross the village, including the Tour du Périgord Sud Dordogne multi-stage cycling route, and just 6 km away, the 400 km Lot VTT (mountain biking) circuit for enthusiasts. You can enjoy the river, just a 15-minute drive from the beaches, with activities such as barge trips, paddleboarding, and canoeing. The house is located at the gateway to the Quercy region, with 14 of France's most beautiful villages within a 10-minute to 1-hour drive: Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Monpazier, Beynac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, and more.
