2nd stay

Stayed here last year and pleased to return.Ideally situated ,great for a couple. Good to have your own outside space with table ,chairs and parasol. Private parking. Wardrobe space available this year which was a bonus . We are hoping to return again

Wonderful position in tranquil setting with parking and close to everything.

Well equipped apartment for 2. English translation said linen provided which unfortunately wasn't but this was easily remedied at nearby Leclerc supermarket. Very much enjoyed our week here that we have booked another one for next year

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was central and we did not use our car for the week - walked and cycled. The apartment was well equipped and I always felt safe and comfortable there. As the weather was so good, we ate outside and were away exploring a lot of the time. The apartment is well situated for walking into town at night to soak up the atmosphere.The apartment is in a complex so others are nearby but it was quiet and respectful and the area was very clean. The swimming pool was lovely and although we did not have children with us and did not plan on using the pool, we ended up taking a swim most days! Contact with the owner and the caretaker was positive and helpful. All was lovely! Thank you, NL

Excellent séjour. L'appartement est agréable, calme, proche du centre ville et de la mer. Le parking est un vrai plus, surtout à l'Ile de Ré! J'ai bien profité de la piscine et je dois préciser qu'elle est nettoyée réguliérement et donc très propre.

Très bon séjour . Bonne location avec beaucoup de commodités dont la piscine qui est tb entretenue ainsi que ses abords . Le parking est un vrai plus . Appartement propre où rien ne manque. Très proche du centre ville . Les propriétaires ainsi que Virginie ,la concierge sont charmants . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir .

agréable séjour dans une location familiale et calme

bel appartement bien agencé et qui a tout le nécessaire ,on s'y sent comme chez soi ,ensoleillé tout l 'après midi et la soirée, une piscine et surtout une place de parking privée en sous- sol et tout cela à 3 mn du centre de St Martin de Ré donc du port ,des restaurants et commerces avec un beau marché quotidien , en résumé un bon choix
