House of 100 m2 fitted to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has an outside of 50m2 not overlooked, trees and landscaped and a private garage in the basement.

House on 2 levels, fully equipped with new furniture (August 2018) with a pleasant private courtyard equipped with chiliennes and deckchairs, tables and chairs and an electric griddle.
