Honteux

3 jours avant de partir, après avoir reçu les informations nécessaires, je décide de contacter l'hôte pour des informations complémentaires. Celui-ci me dit que le logement n'est pas disponible !. Pourtant j'ai payé plusieurs jours avant. Il me dit que c'est une erreur du site. Or en contactant le service client on m'informe que c'est l'hôte qui doit annuler s'il y a eu une erreur de sa part au niveau des disponibilités. Je relance l'hôte qui refuse de faire le nécessaire et ne répond plus à mes messages. Abritel m'a tout de même remboursé une semaine plus tard, mais 2 jours avant de partir je n'avais plus de logement. Je déconseille cet hôte qui n'est absolument pas sérieux et qui a failli ruiner nos vacances
