Bel appartement dans une superbe résidence

Très bel appartement conforme à l’annonce, bien équipé, mais pour la Réunion un cuiseur à riz serait très appréciable 😉. Excellente literie. Résidence calme et très agréable avec sa piscine, à 5 mn en voiture du lagon de l’ermitage Je recommande fortement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un futur séjour

Séjour agréable

C'est un appartement spacieux, avec quelques défauts qui peuvent être améliorés. La salle de bains aurait besoin d'être refaite entièrement à neuf, avec une douche à l'italienne, plus fonctionnelle, elle n'a pas été refaite depuis des dizaines d'années. De même pour les wc, ne serait-ce qu'un distributeur de papier. Dans l'espace cuisine, les plaques à induction, au nombre de 4, n'ont que 3 plaques qui fonctionnent, la plus grande étant HS. Pas de lave-vaisselle, Mais un lave-linge en revanche. La clim est uniquement dans la chambre, mais elle aussi commence à dater, et envoie un air froid directement sur le lit, en étant bruyante à l'extérieur sur la terrasse du jardin. Et la pièce principale n'est pas climatisée. La tv ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui ne nous a pas gêné car nous ne la regardons pas. La piscine est à partager avec les résidents, mais cela n'est pas gênant, il n'y a que rarement du monde. Les canapés sont confortables, le reste du mobilier commence à dater un peu, et surtout le mobilier extérieur sur la terrasse est très inconfortable, cela aur
