In a quiet residential area. Perfect location for exploring the southern Drôme on holiday. The villa opens onto a bright living room, lounge/dining room and kitchen. These rooms open onto the terrace and garden.The first bedroom has a double bed. A shower room and guest toilet.First floor: 2 bedrooms. A bathroom with toilet.Garden: Enjoy the 820 m² of fully enclosed grounds, with a sun terrace and gas barbecue. There's also an above-ground swimming pool lined with wood. Deckchairs for lounging.Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien équipé télé dans chaque chambre ! Un beau jardin éclairé la nuit et une piscine très propre . La villa est situé à 45 min du pont d arc le site le plus visité d Ardèche . Durant ces vacances nous avons pu visiter montelimar , Grignan , gorge de dubrieu , gorge de toulourenc , descente de l’Ardèche , de plus de la villa on peut aller au centre du village à pied , les commerces sont proches . Au niveau de la météo premiere semaine avec du mistral 27 degré et deuxième semaine sans mistral 35 degré grand soleil non stop ! La villa possède la Clim

Maison ideale pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille dans une maison confortable et spacieuse. Les extérieurs, et surtout la piscine hors sol (sécurisée pour les enfants par une alarme) ont été très appréciés.
