This house overlooks the lake of St. Pé-sur-Nivelle, in the heart of the Basque Country, just 20 km from Biarritz. Perched on a hill, you have views of the Pyrenees from the pool. The lake has a beautiful beach and many services, restaurants and cafés. Cambo and Sare are bases for mountain hikes and climbs. Espelette is famous for its peppers. Old harbor in St. Jean-de-Luz. Biarritz with stores, museums, aquarium, golf. Visit San Sebastian. NB! The discreet owner occasionally lives in a small apartment under the house.

Idéale pour profiter de la région

La maison est idéalement située sur les hauteurs de St Pee sur Nivelle. On profite facilement de St Jean de Luz, Bayonne, La Rhune et tous les beaux villages basques qui ne manquent pas ! La vue de la terrasse est tout simplement splendide et la maison est vraiment agréable à vivre. Merci aussi à Mr Catinat pour son accueil chaleureux !

Belle maison dans un cadre enchanteur

Le négatif: la maison est gérée par NOVASOL, site britannique dont le service est catastrophique. Le site nous réclame 168€ de taxe de séjour (2 personnes, 7 nuits!!) et ne répond pas à nos nombreux mails. Finalement, grâce à l'intervention du propriétaire, la taxe est ramenée à 88€ (le site internet de la ville annonce une taxe à 3€ x 7 nuits x 2 personnes = 42€... donc Novasol se sucre sur notre dos!!). Le propriétaire, très discret, habite sur place, ce qui n'est pas expliqué dans l'annonce abritel. Le positif: la maison est dans un cadre magnifique, très beau jardin, belle piscine, SPA. Beau logement, 2 belles chambres, un grand séjour et une terrasse avec vue magnifique.

La maison est conforme aux photos, très agréable avec sa belle terrasse et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Très beau jardin. La piscine est de bonnes dimensions et bien entretenue. Surprise d'un jacuzzi récemment installé. Literie confortable. Le propriétaire vit sur la propriété mais est très discret et gentil. Mention spéciale pour le visiteur félin qui est adorable. Côté localisation, on est proche de tout, très pratique pour visiter un maximum. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. Location que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Tres belle maison propriétaire sympathique et discret. Piscine agréable. Manque la climatisation ou des volets pour se protéger de la chaleur.
