House of around 80m² in a village close from the beach of La Biroire. 4 star classification obtained in 2021. Completely refurbished and nicely decorated in a cosy and warm style. Dining room/lounge, opened kitchen and toilets on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilets upstairs. The proprerty also has a large inner courtyard of 45m² with a nice terrasse and a barbecue to enjoy the oleron sunny days. The beach of La Biroire is 5mn walk away. Cycling paths to go either to Saint Pierre or La Cotinière close from the house too. Sited in a small typical village, it is the ideal place to rest and wander, it will be up to you to decide what you prefer. internet connection high speed with optical fiber.
