In a quiet area, warm house with oak beams. Large interior space consisting of three bedrooms with very good quality bedding. A large living room overlooked by a mezzanine. 800 m2 fully enclosed garden with 40 m2 terrace facing south, out of sight. Large private and fenced parking lot. Bike rental a few meters away. Given the location of the house, you can access the port of Cotinière, the beach and local shops without using your car. Wireless. Accepted animals. House classified 3 stars by prefectural decree. The house has a barbecue and deckchairs.

Séjour agréable. maison fonctionnelle

Maison de pêcheur, nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison avec des petits enfants et un grand chien, le terrain est bien clos, idéal pour que les enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité ainsi que le chien. Ce qui est appréciable est de pouvoir stationné le véhicule dans une cour juste à côté de l'entrée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé, très bon séjour. Merci.

Gite très bien situé

Gite très bien placé permet de ne pas prendre la voiture pour les courses de proximité. Plage à quelques minutes à pied mais pas pour la baignade. Le gîte est assez spacieux pour 6 personnes. Beau terrain entièrement clos notre chienne à apprécié l'espace extérieur

La maison est bien située près d'une jolie plage. La propriétaire est accueillante. La maison est grande, pas facile à chauffer un 1er jour de janvier mais après très bien. Terrasse et jardin bien clôturé avec une bonne orientation.

Parfait !

Accueil chaleureux, avec des propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse, disponibles en cas de besoin tout en restant discrets. La maison est très agréable, bien située, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est bien entretenu. Je vous recommande cette location, vous y serez au calme.

Maison très agréable au calme

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans la maison qui furent très agréables. La maison est en très bon état, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. La décoration est personnalisée et les enfants ont adoré leur chambre. Très proche de la plage mais suffisamment éloignée (je pense à l’été). La propriétaire Nadia est adorable et prévenante. Nous reviendrons dès que possible pendant une saison plus animée

Superbe location

Une propriétaire qui allie la gentillesse et la disponibilité. Une très belle location très bien située. Dommage que le temps ne s'y soit pas prêté mais nous c'est une adresse que nous conservons pour tous les week-ends que nous voudrons passer sur l'ile.

grande maison

belle maison et beau jardin bien clôturé ce qui est vraiment très agréable lorsque l'on vient avec son chien. La propriétaire est très gentille et accepte les animaux. Et la location peut se faire à la journée ce qui est aussi possible lorsque les séjours sont très courts. Bon séjour

Très bon séjour

La location est conforme à la description de l'annonce et agréable à vivre, elle est bien située proche des commerces, du port de la Cotinière et de la plage, l'accueil a été très agréable. Nous avons pu emmener notre chien sans problème car le terrain est clos et les animaux sont vraiment les biens venus. Je recommanderai volontiers cette location à mon entourage, merci encore à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux !

Nous avons passé 3 jours à La Cotiniere, en couple, avec notre chien et avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Mme BOUTINEAU. L'emplacement, l'agencement et le grand jardin clos de murs, sans vis-à-vis, sont très agréables. La pièce de vie qui offre un grand volume avec une belle hauteur de plafond apporte un charme supplémentaire à cette location toute proche de la mer. Mme BOUTINEAU est extrêmement attentive au bien-être de ses hôtes et, dans l'échange, elle cherche à satisfaire ses locataires et à améliorer le confort existant. Calme et sérénité.

Mme Boutineau est une personne solaire, chaleureuse à l'écoute de ses locataires. Maison spacieuse, il y a tout ce que l'on à besoin. Le jardin bien clos pour notre chienne Maurice. En retrait de l'agitation de la ville.Un séjour que je conseillerais à des amis sans problème.
