Every thing went fine. We had a small suite with the bedroom in the loft. Fine for us, but it would not be so for many. The spiral staircase looked like steel but was a heavy duty plastic. Very squeaky. The woman working there was helpful and let us check in early as we were not aware the checkin started at 5 pm. Quite unusual to be so late. Breakfast was nicely presented.

Highly recommended.

What a fantastic find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here. We intend to return to La Filature to explore Saint Quentin a little more.

La filature is a wonderful place to stay in Saint-Quentin! It is 2 minutes away from the very centre of town yet very quiet as the rooms overlook a lovely little patio. The quirky decor is stunning, our bedrooms ( 2 in the Suite Charm) and bathroom were luxuriously appointed, the breakfasts were always fresh, delicious and plentiful. Our host Olivier was very kind and welcoming, and his introduction to Champagne sabrage was a fun experience we will never forget. La filature is totally unique and to us it was absolutely perfect! We recommended it unreservedly.

Beautifully renovated BnB, with great style!

Well-designed, renovated bed and breakfast, with a great sense of style throughout. The owner provides a wonderful breakfast, with very high quality ingredients. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, as was the bathroom. The location is excellent, very close to the town center, yet quiet. Highly recommended!

Quaint little B&B with a kind and gracious proprietor. Quiet location just steps from the hustle and bustle of central Saint Quentin. Lovely decor throughout, clean and very functional rooms.

Perfect two-night stay after leaving cramped Paris

Claire and Patrick were lovely hosts and their hotel is truly unique, full of art and photography an objets d'art. Our room was gigantic and we luxuriated in all the elbow room, the cavernous and ultra modern bathroom, the peace and quiet for two nights in a row. Patrick, who has impressive chef credentials, offered homemade jams and almond cake for breakfast. They also recommended one of our favorite restaurants in the three weeks we were in France, Le Troubadour, just up the street from the hotel.

Excellent family stopover

Wonderful welcome - extremely friendly. Very nicely furnished place and we had a 2 bedroom family suite which worked out perfectly. Breakfast was also excellent. Really good overnight option very close to the lovely main square of St Quentin.

Great hotel in central Saint Quentin

Only stayed one night as a stop off on our return from the Alps, but this proved to be an excellent place to stay - a great room, parking, very quiet, helpful hosts, super breakfast, close to restaurants.
