Very disappointing holiday home

We travel over 900 miles to arrive at a dirty holiday home. You have to collect your own bed linen, then their poor quality linen is supposed to be put on top of yellow stained pillows and duvets. Bedspread dirty too. They did come out and change after complaining. Bed so small that two people can’t sleep on it, so we shared sleeping on sofa. Bathroom old, shower doesn’t shut so water escapes everywhere. Despite reporting it didn’t drain away nothing was done. Very tired, smells of must and damp. Electrics out of the ark.soulless, joyless concrete garden devoid of any colour. Location good and was quiet the only two positives. If I was Interhome I’d drop this sub standard accommodation.
