Mas de la Tour is an Idyllic property close to Beaches and St Tropez.
Interior
The house is an ancient Bergerie, which has had a careful renovation, the architect and designer have remained thoughtful throughout their works, giving a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of natural light. The works have been done to a very high standard and the designer has chosen to used woods such as Walnut and French Wild Cherry for all doors and buit-in cabinets. Natural Stone on floors and antique terracotta in the bedrooms, gives the house real Provencal Charm.
At the entrance you have a reception area, and off to the right you have a great breakfast area, a lovely place to have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine before dinner, then into a well-equipped kitchen (with high-end appliances) which has been carefully thought out and could also be ideal for a Chef. There is an entrance here, a large American Fridge Freezer and a large wine fridge, moving through to the dining area there is a Guest WC and laundry room.
The Dining room has a large table (which comfortably seats 8) and a working fireplace for winter. Each side opens up onto two terraces a front and a rear, both are well furnished and have additional dining areas and a large exterior lounge, protected from the elements on all sides and with large adjustable sails for shade.
Leading on from the dining area there is a comfortable living room with a sofa and armchairs, there is a desk for working here if needed.
Moving out to the stairwell, there are stairs down to a Master Bedroom Suite, it has a large double bed of 200cm, a dressing with fitted wardrobes, SMART television and a large showeroom with double sinks and WC. This room is peaceful and has a vaulted ceiling, it has a private terrace with a garden and water feature and a stairwell leading up to the courtyard with lounge.
There is a renovated stairwell that leads from the Master Suite up to the Guest Room at the top of the Tower.
On the first floor is a large ensuite bedroom with a 200cm bed the ensuite has a shower, a bath, and a WC. There are double-fitted wardrobes, a Smart television and a Paris Balcony overlooking the garden and out to the Vines.
On the second floor, there is a large ensuite bedroom with 200cm, a shower & WC. There are fitted wardrobes, a desk, and a SMART television, the windows in this room have beautiful views over the rear dining terrace and Garden.
On the third floor, the bedroom has a large double bed of 200cm, an ensuite with a bath, shower & WC. There are plenty of wardrobes, a SMART television, and a large balcony overlooking the countryside, a lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.
At the top of the tower is a great bedroom with a smaller 140cm bed, ensuite shower, and WC. There are built-in wardrobes.
All of the bedrooms have their own seating area to allow you to relax.
Exterior
The house has plenty of parking, it has a covered parking in the street, and then you enter through electric gates to a courtyard with covered parking on the left.
The gardens of the house are exceptional (2065m2) there are many mature fruit trees and wonderful Mediterranean plants and shrubs creating a Paradise.
From the entrance courtyard, there is a path to the front door, here you will also find an exterior shower and WC (perfect for after the Pool or coming in from the beach).
This house has several terraces, the first leading out from the (interior) dining area, then there is a raised terrace for outside dining and a separate raised terrace with a large stone woodburning BBQ and Stone table and benches for enjoying your food.
There is an internal courtyard with a shaded terrace and lounge, this luxurious area also serves as an outdoor living room, it is a great place to relax.
There is a Private lower terrace with a fountain leading off of the Master Suite (there is a set of stairs leading up to the inner courtyard from here).
The Pool is 6 x 11 metres and is Chlorine, it is entered through a gate (from the dining terrace) taking you onto the poolside, the pool deck is a beautiful natural stone and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with Mature Palm trees and exotic bushes. The Pool has a large Pavillion, with a lounge area with comfortable sofas and chairs, allowing you to relax at the pool and enjoy the cool shade. From the Pavillion there is a lovely garden with a lawn and many trees.
Mas de la Tour is a wonderful place to relax get away from it all, and be surrounded by nature and the gardens of the South, there are so many areas to be discovered and enjoyed. In the evening the entire house and gardens are lit giving a beautiful ambiance to the entire property.
