Great Stay in Bayeux

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was as described on VRBO. We were met at the unit for both check-in and check-out. Our host was friendly and professional. The unit was clean. The unit is close enough to walk into Bayeux for a variety of choices for restaurants in the walking mall. Also, close to Normandy beaches. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent Stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay! A short and easy 15 min walk to downtown. The place was clean, had everything needed for cooking if needed, comfortable beds and furniture. Communication with our host NIcolas, was great! He was checked on our arrival time and met us at the home, in addition to meeting us the morning of our departure. When asked for recommendations of sights to see away from our tour, he pointed us to Arromanches-les-Bains, which is the British landing site, Gold Beach, during D-Day. We would have missed this, if not for Nicolas, so glad we did not. One small point to know, the place has one restroom and one shower, both in separate areas, which was not readily seen on first review of the listing, after a deeper look I did see this. Not a huge issue for three of us, but could be a problem with a larger party. Again, a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!
