Si requis : OK à Sorel-Tracy

Le seul endroit à Sorel-Tracy. C’est propre mais pas très confortable. Donc c’est bien pour dormir et aller à son meeting. Le plus grand enjeu en sus du fait que ce soit défraîchi, c’est l’air climatisé dans la chambre ! C’est comme tenter de dormir avec train roulant à côté de soi.

Correct étant donné qu’il n’y a rien de mieux dans le secteur. Beaucoup de travaux mineurs pourraient etre fait pour ameliorer l’expérience… crochet de porte 1/2 manquant. Support de papier de toilette à demi fixé. Ne vaut pas le prix, mais seul offre donc offre vs demande = prix élevée vs qualité

Ils a great hôtel. Only downside is the price. I get it that there is not much options in Sorel, but for the kind if Room you get, its overprice.

Didn't experience the spa but it looked like an amazing amenity. Restaurant was excellent; great food, good atmosphere, lovely waterfront view. I know the rooms are gradually being updated but what really needs an overhaul is the hallways, which are very dark (black walls, black ceiling). I had a billing issue in which I was accidentally billed an astronomical amount for "upgrading" from 2 Double beds to 1 King, but when I called the management they were more than happy to resolve the issue with a reimbursement. They fixed it swiftly and courteously. Would stay here again!

The hotel was good, with the steakhouse/bar being a highlight. The wait staff in the restaurant were great. The room had a nice view, but the 4th floor at least seemed like it was in between renovations, with modern features mixed in with dated furniture and appliances. The hallways were very dimly lit. The king bed was very comfortable. Overall a solid experience.
