Located in the Delair district of Sainte-Anne just 5 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of the island and many shops, come and enjoy the best for your holidays in our 120m² accommodation with its large covered terrace, tropical garden and its private pool.

In a property of several homes, the house enjoys complete independence.

The maximum capacity is 8 people (children included - except babies under 3 years).

3 air conditioned rooms:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed;
Bedroom 2 with a double bed and 1 bunk bed.
Bedroom 3 (Parental) with a 1 double bed and its private shower room / WC.

An independent equipped kitchen with dishwasher accessing the veranda garden side.

A bathroom with washing machine + 1 independent WC

A lounge with television, free wifi access and a dining area for a good indoor meal.

Relaxation side:
A balcony of 60m2 with a view on the coast equipped with a small table and relaxing seats;

A veranda of 40m² with dining table, overlooking the garden and pool;

For your grill enjoy the barbecue available;

The fenced pool for the youngest child lights up at night for your nocturnal baths and is equipped with deckchairs to relax you by tanning.

Perfect plantation house and pool for our family of six.

What a great place to spend 5 days as first time visitors to a place that is more French than France. Loved immersing ourselves in the culture and scenic beauty of St. Anne, Pointe de Chateaux and Les Saintes. The Abram family home and verandas provided shelter when it rained and private days under the sun at the pool when we weren't out enjoying the boulangeries. It was especially nice to have Nathalie close by and to have a chance meeting with Mr. Abram himself. Everyone hoping to return next year. Thank you for the great French hospitality .........

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 12 jours dans cette villa, nous étions 5 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine sécurisée très appréciable avec un enfant. Tout est bien équipé.

Excellent sejour

Une très jolie maison antillaise avec un grand jardin à notre disposition, les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute de nos demandes et disponibles. La maison est très spacieuse et les 4 chambres sont climatisées c’est un véritable plus . Une immense terrasse fait le tour de la maison. Le seul petit point négatif la piscine qui demande une rénovation de sa margelle, mais les travaux sont prévus. Nous reviendrons très certainement chez vous.

Déçu de la maison

Très belle maison spacieuse et bien située avec un beau jardin . Malheureusement la maison est mal entretenue , elle est envahie de moustiques ce qui nous a gâché notre sejour ! Nombreuses coupures d’eau dans ce quartier et cela est très désagréable surtout lorsque l’on rentre de la plage et que nous ne pouvons pas nous doucher !!! La piscine est très mal entretenue donc sale et à été inutilisable pendant plusieurs jours Des travaux sont à prévoir pour le confort des vacanciers ( salle de bain insalubre avec murs moisis et sans aération ,support de douche casse , transats de piscine cassés , revêtement de piscine dangereux avec lattes de bois déformées , WC sales et chasses d’eau qui fonctionnent mal et j’en passe ...... la maison est prévue pour 10 personnes mais le clic clac du séjour est inutilisable ! Nous sommes donc très déçu de cette location , le rapport qualité / prix ne correspond pas à nos attentes Nous séjournons très souvent en Guadeloupe et sommes pour la première fois très déçus donc nous ne recommandons pas cette location

La campagne proche de la mer et du bourg

Super accueil de Gérard qui est toujours disponible et bienveillant. La villa est plutôt ancienne mais très confortable. Elle est à 5 min du bourg de Sainte Anne, au calme, bien ventilée. La piscine est très appréciable, au milieu d'un beau jardin sans aucun voisin. Nous étions 6 et avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Merci Stéphanie !

Très belle location

1 séjour à 4 avec 2 grands ado : tout était top et fidèle à la description. belle maison très bien équipée, fraiche et grande avec des terasses partout. La piscine est vraiment top . et en plus, un grand panier d'accueil offert avec rhum et plein de fruits : très agréable. on reviendra c'est certain.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, la maison est tres spacieuse et bien située , nous étions 6 adultes et un enfant. La piscine est sécurisée et notre petit fils de 2 ans avait beaucoup d espace pour jouer dans le jardin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des propriétaires charmants et très à l écoute. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse. Merci pour tout, nous garderons un excellent souvenir en famille.

Très bon accueil, villa très agréable dans un jardin coloré et bien entretenu, la piscine a été appréciée par toute la famille. Les grandes terrasses entourant la maison permettent de prendre les repas, de partager des moments conviviaux par tout temps ..... soleil et rares averses tropicales ... on reviendra et on recommande. Située au calme sur les hauteurs de Sainte Anne avec une belle vue, très agréable à vivre, surface confortable pour 8 personnes (nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants), beau jardin avec piscine. Par ailleurs accueil très sympathique et amical notamment avec le propriétaire. A recommander.
