Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 60 m² house in Sainte-Marie-au-Bosc to rent for up to 4 people. It has a lovely living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1000 m². Wifi and bed linen included, towels optional. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room (south-west facing) with sofa, TV and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful 1000 m² fully enclosed garden + 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-au-Bosc, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- D'Etretat is famous for its majestic cliffs. By staying in this house, you can discover the town and its surroundings through a variety of activities.
