We rent the villa for 12 people, with indoor and outdoor tables for 12 guests.
However, we have 14 beds and we can rent the villa for 14 people if there are small children.

This 350m² family home, private, combines the charm of the Ré with a contemporary style, with a landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio, private parking and garage.

The villa is very well equipped inside and out and is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.

The large 80 m² living room is bathed in light thanks to its triple exposure and its sliding doors opening directly onto the garden.
- The house is divided into two sleeping areas, with the entrance hall, living room/kitchen, laundry room, and toilet in the center.

- Upon entering on your left, you will descend four small steps, which is part of the charm of our villa.
- You arrive in a large 80 m² living area where you will find the living room, the dining room, and an open kitchen with a very contemporary central island.
